Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using CodeVista's website, services, and digital products (collectively "Services"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and conditions outlined in this Terms of Service agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our Services.

CodeVista provides digital agency services and educational programs including but not limited to:

Educational Programs
- •Paid Internship Program: Hands-on training with stipend (₹2,000-₹10,000/month)
- •Professional Certification Tests: Domain-specific certification tests (₹700)
- •Comprehensive Courses: Tech courses in Web Development, Mobile Apps, Data Science, AI/ML
User Account and Registration
Account Creation
To access certain services (programs, courses, applications), you must create an account by:
- •Providing accurate and complete registration information
- •Creating a secure password
- •Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
- •Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access
Account Responsibilities
You are responsible for all activities under your account. CodeVista is not liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized use of your account.
Client Responsibilities
As a client using our Services, you agree to:
- •Provide accurate and complete information for project requirements and program applications
- •Respond promptly to project communications and requests
- •Provide necessary content, materials, and approvals in a timely manner
- •Ensure all provided content complies with applicable laws
- •Make timely payments as outlined in project agreements or program terms
- •Comply with program rules, attendance requirements, and code of conduct
Payment Terms
Payment Methods
We accept payments through Razorpay payment gateway, supporting:
- •Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, Mastercard, RuPay)
- •Net Banking
- •UPI (Unified Payments Interface)
- •Digital Wallets
Payment Structure
Payment terms vary by service type:
- •Digital Agency Projects: Initial deposit (30-50%) with milestone-based payments
- •Certification Tests: Full payment (₹700) required before test scheduling
- •Course Enrollment: One-time payment or monthly installments as per course structure
- •Internship Program: No payment required (stipend-based program)
Payment Security
All payments are processed securely through Razorpay, a PCI DSS compliant payment gateway. CodeVista does not store your card details. Payment information is encrypted and handled by Razorpay's secure servers.
Late Payments
Late payments may incur interest at a rate of 1.5% per month or the maximum rate permitted by law, whichever is lower. CodeVista reserves the right to suspend work on projects with overdue payments.
Refund Policy
Refunds are handled according to our Cancellation and Refund Policy, which is incorporated by reference.
Intellectual Property Rights
Client Ownership
Upon full payment, clients own the final deliverables created specifically for their project, excluding CodeVista's proprietary tools, frameworks, and reusable components.
CodeVista Rights
CodeVista retains rights to our proprietary methodologies, code libraries, frameworks, and the right to display completed work in our portfolio and marketing materials.
Third-Party Materials
Clients are responsible for obtaining proper licenses for any third-party materials, images, or content used in their projects. CodeVista is not liable for third-party intellectual property disputes.
Project Timeline and Delivery
Project timelines are estimates based on current project scope and requirements. CodeVista will:
- •Provide reasonable timeline estimates at project commencement
- •Communicate any timeline adjustments due to scope changes or delays
- •Not be liable for delays caused by client actions or third-party dependencies
Confidentiality
Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality of proprietary information shared during the course of business. This includes business strategies, technical specifications, customer data, and any information marked as confidential. This obligation survives the termination of our business relationship.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, CodeVista shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our Services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the total amount paid by the client for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
Service Availability
While we strive to provide reliable services, we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. CodeVista may temporarily suspend services for maintenance, updates, or technical issues. We are not liable for any losses resulting from service interruptions.
Termination
Either party may terminate the service agreement under the following conditions:
- •By mutual written agreement
- •With 30 days written notice by either party
- •Immediately for material breach of contract
- •By CodeVista if payments are 30+ days overdue
Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall first be addressed through good faith negotiations. If unresolved, disputes shall be resolved through arbitration in Bangalore, India, in accordance with Indian arbitration laws. The prevailing party may recover reasonable attorney fees.
Program-Specific Terms
Internship Program
- •Internship duration and stipend are as per the program details at the time of application
- •Selection is based on evaluation criteria determined by CodeVista
- •Interns must comply with company policies and complete assigned work
- •Certificate issuance is subject to successful completion of internship
Certification Test
- •Test fee (₹700) is non-refundable once payment is completed
- •Test scheduling is subject to availability and admin approval
- •Certification is awarded only upon passing the test
- •Re-attempts may be available with additional fees as per program policy
Course Enrollment
- •Course fees must be paid in full or as per installment plan before course commencement
- •Enrollment is subject to admin approval and course availability
- •Course access is granted after payment verification
- •Certificate issuance requires completion of course requirements
Governing Law
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any legal actions shall be brought in the courts of , India.
Modifications to Terms
CodeVista reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Continued use of our services after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
